The Eastbourne Conference is over and done with, but what an excellent Conference it proved to be with plenty of fellowship, socialising and entertainment, as well as a range of excellent and inspirational speakers. So, the stage is set and preparations are now beginning for a similar event in 2010 where, on this occasion, the venue is to be Bournemouth International Centre, 24-26 September 2010. Planning is at an early stage, but if clubs want to reserve rooms now at the HQ hotel (the Highcliffe Marriott Hotel) please give indication of numbers to Rtn Jim Kearns (Rotary Club of Rushden) and we will allocate on a 'first come, first served' basis. Please do not contact the hotel direct - they are instructed not to take bookings from clubs for that weekend.
